Verdict of this pallete was 5 out of 5! The e/s are so pigmented and easy to blend! Some cheap e/s are powdery and u will get fall outs everywhere but not this one! Great packaging, its so cute and compact! It's a drugstore brand in US but I don't know about here in Canada I don't see it anywhere...yet, so I'm guessing its not that expensive! For sure I will definitely buy Carlo di Roma products again in the future!

hmm... i think this is my 2nd time hearing about carlo di roma. that's cool how the eyeshadows stay put. powdery shadows with a lot of fall out sure are pesky to deal with.
the different shades of blue are very pretty. plus, according to your swatches, they look so pigmented. good review, btw. :)
Nice look! I swear I saw these palettes while I was out today...I just don't remember where.
And yes opi is great! I find the polish doesn't chip nearly as much as other nail polishes :)
