It's a GIRL

Meet "Mitch"! My brandnew baby! Mitsubishi Lancer GT she's only 8kms when I got her! I took her home last Sept 12 and me and my bf are sooo excited including my real life baby girl Lauren! Something that I should be proud of owning her but for sure its going to be a lot of hard work budgeting, my first time owning a brndnew vehicle anyway! Im missing my Nissan Pathfinder? Just a lil bit, I guess owning that suv for 5yrs I really got attached to it! But time to let her go....yes its a her too lol! I named her "Patty", me and my ex got her last 2006 as a pre-owned or 2nd owner vehicle! If she's not a gas gozzler I maybe still have her right now but the gas prices jacked up it not a good idea keeping her plus I spend tons of money in maintenance just to keep her going! So I decided time to move on! So I did with my new Mitch! :) 

Owl Obsession

So...obsess much? I think so too! I love the owl earrings they are so cute from Forever 21, also a pop of color Owl long necklace also from F21! My favorite is the owl ring that I bought from Sears! Am I crazy that I like owl so much?!

Stevie Bag

I did told myself not to shop a lot at this time because I gotta budget and save up for the future but when u see something u like that u cant pass up the deal then ur screwed! Ugh! Oh well today was one of those days....just went to the mall to exchange something at Sephora, and go drop off my mail at the post office then I passed by at The Bay (kind of like Macy's here in Canada) that side of the mall where I park my vehicle, so literally me and my daughter is ready to go, I saw a sign all over the store additional 50% off on everything on their clearance items! I stumble on their bag section (duh!) at first i was eyeing for a Juicy Couture cross body bag but it was $120 clearance, even with the percent off its still expensive! Then I saw a couple Steve Madden bags, I grab those two bags right away because a few shoppers are looking around and for sure they are probably in the same situation as me, cant decide wether we do need another purse Lol! But the black hobo style with woven detail on the bottom with convertible straps caught my eye and the size of this purse is like gigantic lol! Its so me....then sold! I love big purses as I do put a lot of my junk in it! This bag is on sale for $56, then aditional half off so its only $28! Thats a huggge savings not to mention the original price was $109! I mean Steve Madden purse for that price? Only $28.......WOW!

Naked

I bought this awhile ago but for some reason, i dont want to use it lol! Finally.....for a couple weeks now Im using the Urban Decay's Naked pallete! Worth every penny! Lol! So creamy, no fall outs and they are easy to blend! All the colors in this pallete compliments each other! Overall, its a must have for every girls who are into makeup! :)

Our New Bathroom

Here is a sneak peak of our newly renovated bathroom! A huge reason why i dont blog as often as I would like to! Me and my daughter has been back and forth at my Dad's house, well to use their bathroom and its so convenient to my work only less than 7mins drive or less lol!

And Yes, the wall paint is actually Tiffany Blue, I convinced my BF to like the color lol! I love the vanity, so much space now with all the drawers, and easy to clean with the flat marble counter top! We are just so happy that this major renovation is over! We will do more things around the house but for now we will take it slowly! Financial wise? Oh well we better take things slowly lol!

Folklorama 2011

My Folklorama experience this year was awesome! It runs thru Aug 1-13 so we went to 4 Pavillions and they are all great! The performances, the food, displays, and people are just amazing! Went to Belgian, Korean, Japanese and Filipino Pavillions! Enjoy the pics lovelies! :)

Friday Randoms

Friday is always something i look forward to every week! Its the beginning of my days off! I slept for a little bit then me and my daughter went to eat in the mall, of course we shop a lil bit coz its pay day wooot! Lauren and i went F21 on the accessories dept as usual, i bought couple things....i will take a pic soon or do a haul post again later lol! The the bf and us went to the country in Lorette to his parents house to house-dog-sit for the weekend! On our way there we saw 3 hot air balloons! I only managed to take 2 hot air balloons on the pic haha! Oh all week i stayed at my dad's house as our bathroom is going under renovations! So this wkend is perfect timing to stay out in the city and just enjoy our quiet time here in the country! :)

Some-Things

I got this cute beaded bohemian-ish necklace at the store Costa Blanca together with the suede like purse both for $4.99! I love the purse, i am actually using it for like a week now and i just love it! It was originally priced $35.50 but i got em for $4.99! Crazy deal eh! And they are having a promotion on 5bucks or less buy 2 get 1 free so I got one more item but not pictured! I got a flowy plain white shorts for free! Went back and got 2 belts and again I got another dressy brown shorts for free! Basically $10bucks for 3items watta deal! Check out their website here: www.costablanca.ca

Mini Vacay

We have a sudden decision if we are going for a mini vacation on our Long weekend because its Canada Day (July 1st) but we decided that we must go! My bf start his new job at his parent's business the week after so we figured we must take the opportunity to go by ourselves since my dad was willing to take Lauren on the long weekend which is great, she can spent more time with "lolo" and uncle :P We had loads of fun doing our shopping, eating out, and just having that time just the two of us! We went to Albertville Premium Outlets, of course I went to Target and Walmart! But I bought more stuff at Target and more grocery items at Walmart! Then on our 2nd day we spend most of our day at Mall of America! The rides at their Nickolodeon amusement park was awesome! Intense rides I must say but its worth the $$$! (pic heavy)
